One day Cancellation Policy for Hotel DeOro

If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before date of arrival,no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show,the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Smoking Policy

• The Hotel Deoro is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking

• A fine C$350.00 will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy.

Pet Policy

• The Hotel Deoro is not pet friendly; we do not allow pets in the hotel.Penalty C$350.00

Age Restriction

• Guests must be 21 years or older to secure reservation.

Payment & Conditions

Your credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Payment upon your Arrival.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancel by sending us an e-mail to reservations@hoteldeoro.com with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your Reservation ID e.g. ID123485 if you have one, or relevant dates if you have not received a booking number.

• Check In time 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm . Check Out 11:00 am.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to GST 5%. PST 8% TAXES.
